Linka, part of the Deco group, is an innovative and fast-growing company focusing on providing high
quality large format digital printing and sign manufacturing solutions to different businesses.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Salesperson having a familiarity with the printing industry,
specifically in large format printing. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for driving sales
growth by leveraging your industry knowledge, conducting consultative sales processes, and
delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is a proactive and hands-on individual
with a proven track record in sales, a consultative approach, and a passion for the printing industry.
This role is ideal for a person who is interested in growing their career in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Development:
    – Identify and target potential customers in need of large format printing services through
    proactive prospecting, networking, and referrals.
    – Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, effectively managing leads, opportunities, and
    customer interactions in a CRM system.
  • Relationship Building:
    – Collaborate closely with clients to understand their evolving needs, recommend new
    products or services, and ensure customer satisfaction.
    – Provide ongoing support and communication throughout the entire customer lifecycle.
  • Consultative Selling:
    – Engage with clients to understand their specific printing needs, goals, and challenges.
    – Offer tailored solutions and recommendations, considering factors such as print quality,
    materials, costs, and timelines.
    – Provide guidance and expertise throughout the entire sales process, from initial consultation
    to final delivery.
  •  Surveying and drafting quotations:
    – Preparing quotations to customers based on their requirements. This could include the
    need to visit clients on-site and to take measurements in order to confirm the accuracy of a
    quote.
    – Align the client needs with designers/architects/installers. This includes liaising with the
    parties to finalise the installation process.
  • Sales Performance:
    – Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives on a regular basis.
    – Track and report sales performance, pipeline progress, and market feedback to
    management.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven sales experience.
  • Driving licence is necessary and a company car will be provided.
  • Possess a strong understanding of the printing industry, particularly in large format printing,
    including knowledge of various printing technologies, materials, and processes.
  • Familiarity with the process of drawing up and issuing quotations.
  • Candidate must be experienced or comfortable with carrying out on-site visits to take
    measurements in order to issue quotations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and establish long-term
    customer relationships.
  •  Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and
    prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales tools for lead management, pipeline tracking,
    and reporting.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced sales environment and willingness to learn about new printing
    technologies and industry trends.
